Here is a list of my best tips when visiting Mauritius:

PRIVATE DINNER

Most better hotels offer the possibilities to book a private dinner and I truly recommend you to do that at least once. It´s super romantic and really something extra! We got to be all alone, with only the pool and the beach/ocean in front os us. It was a great moment to just enjoy eachother, the perfect date I would say :)


RENT A CAR

There a several reasons why I highly recommend you to rent your own car during your stay. Primarly since the Island is pretty small and you can easily drive through the whole Island and explore everything. But also since the taxi prices are more expensive than actuallt having your own car. So go get your self the freedom to go wherever you want, whenever you want it and save Money comparing to go with a cab and not have the same freedom :)
